NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARING 
Ordinance #1624
 

Ordinance 1630 amending Chapter 9 of the Bogota Code, sets forth the rules and regulations for buildings and properties located within the Borough of Bogota was introduced at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bogota held on Thursday-6-March 2025 This ordinance will be opened for Public Comments and considered for adoption by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bogota at a regular meeting held at the Borough Hall, 375 Larch Avenue, Bogota, New Jersey, 07603, on Thursday-4-April  2025at 7:30 P.M. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such ordinance. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk's office for members of the general public who request the same.
