The Bogota FOP Lodge #161 located in Bogota; NJ is asking for your assistance with one of our Officers. Officer Montano's residence caught fire on August 22, 2024 and him and his family lost all of their belongings. Luckily everyone is safe, but they now have to recover from this horrible disaster. Officer Montano was working patrol when he received the horrible news from his wife. When he got to his home, he realized they had instantly lost everything they have.

  The Borough has started a Hometown Heroes Banner program. This will allow residents of Bogota to honor a family member who serviced in the Armed Servies. The cost of a banners will be $150.00 payable to the Borough of Bogota. Note:

The Bogota Department of Public Works have moved the Recycling Center to the Swim Club Parking Lot at the end of Feller Pl.  This will accept Cardboard Monday to Friday from 8:00a to 2:00p. And Saturdays 9:00a to 1:00p. 

Closed on Holidays and Sundays.

The Bogota Public Library host the Healthy Alternatives for Little Ones (HALO). This evidence-based program is for kids aged 3-6 and is all about having fun while learning important life skills. It will start at 4:00p. Bogota High School will have a fundraise event at the Chipotle at 9 Teterboro Landing Dr. in Teterboro, NJ. This will run from 5:00p to 9:00p with 25% of sales donated to the High School. Save his flyer to be presented at time of ordering.
