 Results from Bogota Varsity Sports from Monday-6-January. The Bogota Bowling Bucs lost to Leonia Lions by the score of 7-0. Nico Lucarelli led the Bucs with a High Set of 414 Pins and High Game with 184 Pins. Jonathan Kang recorded match highs in Sets with 536 Pins and Game with 193 Pins. Bogota's Record is now 2-4.  The next play on Monday-13-Janauary against Saddle River Day School at 4:00p. It will be held in the Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park.

 The Bogota/Ridgefield Park Scarlets-Bucs Wrestling Squad traveled to Dwight-Morrow to take on the Marron Eagles. Of the 14 Bouts scheduled 11 of them took place. The Scarlets-Bucs would win 9 of them. Bogota/Ridgefield Park won the match by a score of 66 to 18.

Tyler Lippencott at 106 lbs., Joaquin Salcedo at 126 lbs., Mathias Avila at 132 lbs., Anthony Almonte at 144 lbs., Justin Yi at 150 lbs., Izaiah Carlos at 157lbs., Issac Crespo at 165 lbs., Jayden Baca at 175 lbs. and Isaiah Carrion at 190lbs. all won by Pinfalls. Bogota/Ridgefield's record is now 4-0. Their next match is Tuesday-7-January against Leonia/ Palisades Park in Speary Gym starting at 7:00p. The Women's Wresting Squad will take on Leonia/ Palisades Park in Speary Gym starting at 5:30p.

  The Bogota Lady Basketball Bucs hosted the Lady Tigers from Palisades Park on the Jay Mahoney Court in Speary Gym.  Bogota would open the game with an 11-4 lead after the first 8 minutes. They would take a 29-10 into the locker room. After the re-start the Lady Bucs did not concede a point to the visitors and ended the game with a 47 to 13 home win.  Bogota's Emma Fowler had a game high with 20 Points. Along with 11 Rebounds. Laydin Cortorreal recorded a career high with 10 Points including 2 Three Point Baskets which tied her career best. The Lady Bucs recorded is now 2-5. They next play on Wednesday-8-January at home on the Jay Mahoney Court in Speary Gym welcoming Ridgefield with an 4:00p tip-off.
