NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Revised Date
Ordinance #1624
Ordinance 1624 amending the South End Redevelopment Plan (the “Redevelopment Plan”) was introduced at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bogota held on August 15, 2024. This ordinance will be opened for Public Comments and considered for adoption by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bogota at a work session meeting held at the Borough Hall, 375 Larch Avenue, Bogota, New Jersey, 07603, on October 17, 2024 at 7:30 P.M. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such ordinance. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk's office for members of the general public who request the same.
