The Bogota FOP Lodge #161 located in Bogota; NJ is asking for your assistance with one of our Officers. Officer Montano's residence caught fire on August 22, 2024 and him and his family lost all of their belongings. Luckily everyone is safe, but they now have to recover from this horrible disaster. Officer Montano was working patrol when he received the horrible news from his wife. When he got to his home, he realized they had instantly lost everything they have.

  The Borough has started a Hometown Heroes Banner program. This will allow residents of Bogota to honor a family member who serviced in the Armed Servies. The cost of a banners will be $150.00 payable to the Borough of Bogota. The Ridgefield Park Elks Lodge # 1506 will host a Tuesday Night Dinner of Stuffed Shells with salad and desert.  This will take place in the Elks lodge is located at the 30 Spruce St. Ridgefield Park, NJ.  The event will start at 6:00p a with a donation of $12.00 per person.  Dinner will include salad and desert. The Bogota Public Library will have Little Spanish Scholars presents a fun and interactive Spanish Storytime with Music & Movement. This class is perfect for children and their caregivers who want to immerse themselves in the Spanish language through storytelling, song, and dance. Register one spot per child. This is perfect for kids ages 1-5.
