On Wednesday-26-June, Bogota Advisory Committee on Substance Abuse (BACSA) Coalition of The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources held their June meeting. Some of the items on their agenda was to announce they will co-sponsor two more Paint by Numbers event with the Bogota Public Library. They will be on Tuesday-30-July and Tuesday-27-August. Both will start at 4:00p and be held in front of the Library located at 375 Larch Ave.
Another event scheduled is to take part in Bogota Day on Saturday-20-July. They will have a display offering information about addiction awareness prevention and recovery. Along with available local help and aid centers. Bogota Day will be held in Olsen Park starting at 2:00p. This is a free event and open to the Public.
Other items that were discussed were future events. Detail will be announced when plans are finalized.
