At the Bogota Borough Council Meeting on Thursday-7-March the Council voted to introduce a number of ordinances. This is ordinance #1610 to amend Municipal Code, entitled “Stormwater Control” This will be presented for a Public Hearing at the next meeting on Thursday-21-March at 7:30p. It will be held in the Senior Centre on the second floor of 373 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ. This is an in-person meeting only and is open to the Public.

 NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARING 

 Revised Ordinance #1610 Revised Ordinance 1610 Amending Chapter 21B of the Bogota Municipal Code, entitled “Stormwater Control” was introduced at a work session meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bogota held on March 7, 2024. This ordinance will be opened for Public Comments and considered for adoption by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bogota at a regular meeting held at the Borough Hall, 375 Larch Avenue, Bogota, New Jersey, 07603, on March 21, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such ordinance. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk's office for members of the general public who request the same.  Public Notice Change of Mayor and Council Meeting Location 

 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the location for the March 21, 2024 Mayor and Council meeting has been change to the Senior Center located at 375 Larch Ave, Bogota, NJ 07603. Formal action will be taken.
