Results of Bogota Varsity Sports from Tuesday-6-February

   The Bogota Bowling Bucs lost to the New Milford Knights by the score of 7-0. Layla Grund had a high set with 470 Pins, and a 175 Game. New Milford's Jaidyn Canuela had a match high of a 476 and a match high game of 178 Pins. Bogota's Record is now 10-6. Their next competition is on Tuesday-16-February against North Arlington and start at 4:00p in the Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park. 

  The Lady Basketball Bucs traveled to Midland Park to play the Lady Panthers. New Milford would win the game by a score of 51-33. Emma Fowler had team highs with 13 Points with 3 Three Point Baskets.  Midland Park's Abigail Kuhnel led all scorers with 14 Points with 4 Three Point Baskets Bogota's record is now 7-14. They next play on Friday-9-February at Bergen County Tech with a 6:00p tipoff.

  The Bogota Men's Basketball Bucs traveled to Hawthorne to play the Bears. Hawthorne would have a 57-42 win. Michael Olivo a game high with 17 Points.  Mr. Olivo and RJ Asencio recorded 1 Three Point Basket each.  Dylan Cambian led his team with 15 Points and 1 Three Point Basket. Michael Galella, and Alfonso Coba also scored 1 Three Point Basket for the Bears.

  They now have a record of 9-14, and next play Saturday-10-February at Kinnelon starting at 11:00a.

 The Bogota/Ridgefield Park Scarlet-Bucs lost at the Elmwood Crusaders 39-36

 Scarlet-Bucs' Daniel Vila at 113 lbs., Marvin Madera at 120lbs., Dean Sinisgalli at 132 lbs., Nicholas Buda at 157 lbs. and Carlos Castellon at 285 lbs. all won by pinfalls. Kevin Velasquez at 138 lbs., won by a score of 13-7 Alexander Cruz at 190 lbs. had a 4-2 Decision win.

Elmwood Park's Joseph Paretti at 106 lbs., Gabriel Alcocer at 144 lbs. Jesse Schratz at 150lbs., Yadi Perez at 165 lbs., David Rojas at 175 lbs., and 215: Joseph Alejo at 215 lbs. won by Pinfalls.  Anthony Baker at 126 lbs.  won by score a of 8-1

They now have a record of 8-10, and next play Friday-9-February at Teaneck starting at 6:00p.
