On Tuesday-24-October the Bogota Lady Bucs Volleyball team hosted the Dwight-Englewood Lady Bulldogs in Speary Gym. This would be the Senior Match for the 2023 season. First Bogota honoured the five Dwight-Englewood Seniors and presented them with a rose. Next Bogota Head Coach Mr. Brad DiRupo introduced the four Senior members of this year team. First was Jael Lozano, who served as the team manager for the past few seasons. Next was Sofia Amaro, Jenelly Jimenez, then Kaelee Zuniga. All were present with a bouquet of flowers in tribute to their years of playing for Bogota.

When the match started Bogota took control of the first with a 25-9 win. In the second set was much closer and saw the Lady Bulldogs tie the match with a 25-23 win. Bogota then would win the third set by a score of 25-11 to earn a 2-1 match win. This victory was Head Coach Brad DiRupo 600 match win in volleyball. Bogota's record is now 15-6. They also claimed the Liberty Division title with a 12-0 record. This marks their 20th straight division title.
Emma Fowler had a match high with 18-Kills. Emma Brown led Dwight-Englewood with 10 Kills. Kaelee Zuniga was the high scorer with 32 Assist for Bogota, with Lady Bulldogs Chelesa Pfeffer has 19 Assist. Dwight-Englewood's Piper Rosenberg had a match high with 11 Digs and Lady Bucs' Jenelly Jimenez recording 10 Digs. Melannie Solis had 8 Service Points for Bogota with 2 Aces. Kaelee Zuniga, and Adamarys Pino also had 2 Aces. Chelesa Pfeffer registered a match high with 4 Aces.
Bogota enters the 2023 New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association
North Jersey, Section 1, Group 1 Tournament as the #4. seed. They will host #13 Emerson in a first-round match on Friday 27-October. This will be played in Speary Gym with the first serve scheduled for 4:30p
