On Friday 22-September the Bogota Lady Bucs Volleyball team hosted the Glen Rock Lady Panthers at Speary Gym. In the first set Bogota would take an early lead. Glen Rock would then force a number of ties until moved ahead of the home team. The Lady Panthers extended their advantage to eight points. They would win the first set by the score of 25-14. The second opened with Bogota serving and Glen Rock taking a lead at the beginning. Midway through this set Lady Bucs' Adamarys Pinos serving would the set. The Lady Panthers retook the lead, until Bogota's Kaelee Zuniga help move the Lady Bucs back into the lead. Bogota would tie the match with a 25-16 set win. In the third set Glen Rock would control much of the scoring. Late in the set Bogota attempted to close the margin, but the Lady Panthers would hold on to win the set 25-21 and take a 2-1 match victory home with them. Bogota's record is now 5-2.
Emma Fowler scored a match and Varsity career high 22 Kills for Bogota. Anna Kang led Glen Rock with a career high of 15 Kills, she also had a match high with 3 Aces. Lady Panthers' Elena Collado had a set high and career high with 19 Digs. Isabella Cruz recorded 8 Digs for Bogota's Kaelee Zuniga also had a match high with 28 assists. With Gabriella Kim leading Glenn Rock with 24 Assists. Adamarys Pinos recorded 10 Service Points.
Their next match on Tuesday-26-September at West Morris. The first serve is scheduled for 6:00p.
