Bogota Junior Police Academy Class 01

The Bogota Junior Police Academy Class 01 has been selected and have had their Parent Orientation meeting.  This first class will consist of 28 Cadets who will enter 7th and 8th grade in the Bogota School System. The Academy will start on Friday-11-August and continue to Friday-18-August. The Duty Day will be from 7:30 to 15:00 hours, including meal breaks. It will take place at Steen School, and other offsite venues for special training activates. 

  Graduation will be on Friday-18-August in the Moore Gym of Steen School. It will begin at 19:00 hours (8:00p)

 They are still accepting sponsorship for Cadets who would benefit from financial aid.  Any and all donations with checks made payable to the Bogota FOP Lodge #161 and in the memo, they can write "junior police academy."  All donations can be delivered to headquarters or P.O. Box 462 Bogota, NJ 07603.  They are also accepting general donation from area business and groups.  All contributions will be tax deductible.
