Scarlet-Bucs Wrestling

On Friday-27-January the Bogota/Ridgefield Park Scarlet-Bucs hosted the Fair Lawn Cutters in Speary Gym at Bogota High School. This was Senior Night for Bogota/Ridgefield Park.  The six Senior Wrestlers, Theresa Zeppetelli, Derek Baurnschmidt, Jaden Rodriguez, Jayson Diaz, Dylan Laffont, and Dante Anderson were announced to the Audience.  Before the first Bout  Naomi Nachmias from Fair Lawn sang the National Anthem.  13 of the 14 weight classes bouts would take place. The Fair Lawn would win the match by a score of 37 to 27. Four of  Bogota/Ridgefield Park victories would come by pin fall.  They were Theresa Zeppetelli at 106 lbs. Dean Sinisgalli at 138 lbs., Dereck Rodriguez at 144lbs. and Derek Martinez at 215 lbs.
