Starting on Monday-3-October will be the start of Leaf Season. Homeowners are allowed to place raked, leaves and grass cutting in the street, along the curb, in front of their residents. It is asked that the piles be placed in such a way as not to interfere with traffic, and away from storm sewers and drain to prevent flooding, or other water build-up. Leaf Season is schedule to end on Monday -19- December after that date all yard waste must be placed in brown leaf bags for pick-up.

The Bogota Public Library will have an Adventure Storytime at 3:30p in-person and online. Registration is required. There are 8 in-person seats available. The Ridgefield Park Public Library will hold will be announced the winners of the Festival of Wreaths drawing starting at 7:00p wreaths will be on display in the library. This is open to the public during regular business hours. Drawing tickets are priced at 1 ticket for $2; 6 for $10 Grand Prize Wreaths-1 ticket for $5; 3 for $10. The Bogota Recreation Department will host a Tennis Clinic starting on Monday-12-December to Monday-27-February. This will be held at Bixby School.
