expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey
and southeast New York.
* WHEN...From 10 PM Thursday to 10 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A low potential exists for a brief period
of gusts up to 60 mph associated with the cold frontal passage
on Friday. This will continue to be refined over the next 24-36
hours.

Rain, mainly after 10am. High near 49. Light northeast wind becoming east 6 to 11 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.
