On Friday-30-December the finals of the first Jay Mahoney Holiday Jam Fest took place on the Jay Mahoney Court in Speary Gym. The first game was the Women's final which saw the Ft. Lee Bridgewomen play the Hackensack Lady Comets. The game started with the teams matching each other in scoring. Ft. Lee would do one better and have an 15-14 lead after eight minutes. In the second quarter the Bridgewomen controlled most of the play and opened up a 33 to 19 advantage. After the restart Hackensack outscored their opponents, but still trailed 42-31 at the three-quarter time mark. Ft. Lee would use the final quarter to secure at 63-44 victory. The Bridgewomen were led by Jah'Nel Lewis with a game and season high of 30 Points. Renee Lucky-Heard and MadisynM both had a team high for Hackensack. MadisynM scored a game high with 4 Three Point Baskets. And Catalina Gill leading Ft. Lee with 3 Three Point Baskets.

In the nightcap the Elmwood Park Crusaders played Promise Academy I Charter School. Elmwood Park would use the first quarter to double up Promise Academy 21-10. At halftime that advantage had grown to 34-18 on the way to a 70-54 win. Early in the third quarter Elmwood Park's Essam Assam would record his 1,000th point of his High School career. Promise Academy's Jared Harris had a game high with 28 Points including a high of 2 Three Point Baskets. The Crusaders were led by DeWayne Carter with 22 Points and David Forzani with one Three Point Baskets.
At the end of the game Promise Academy's Jared Harris, and Elmwood Park's Ryan Solano received the Student Athlete Award. The Crusaders Essam Assam was named Player of the game and was given the game ball by Bogota Bucs Head Coach Donald Osbourne.
