Scarlet-Bucs Wrestling

 On Saturday-8-January the Bogota/Ridgefield Scarlet-Bucs Wrestling squad traveled to New Milford for a Tri-meet.  They would take on teams from host New Milford and Saddle Brook         Against the Knights the Scarlet-Bucs would win the match by a score of 48-29.  Of the 9 bouts competed Bogota/Ridgefield Park would win 5 of them.  Scarlet-Bucs' Dean Sinigalli at 138 lbs,  Anthony Landi at 113 lbs,  Mathew Carvajal at 215 lbs,  would all score Pin Falls. The Knights' had Pin Falls by Sutter Totaro at 144 lbs Christopher Batista at 190 lbs,  Frank Brescia at 285 lbs and Devin Ryan at 106 lbs would score a Technical Fall.   

   Against the Saddle Brook Falcons Bogota/Ridgefield would win by a score of 57-21.  Of the 9 bouts competed Bogota/Ridgefield Park would win 5 of them.  Scarlet-Bucs' Derek Baurnschmidt at 106 lbs,  Gabriel Nunez at 150 lbs,  Jaden Lemire at 175 lbs,  would all score Pin Falls.  Adam Albino at 126 lbs recorded a Major Decision. While Derek Rodriquez at 132 lbs had a Technical Fall. The Falcons' Enzo Russo at 138 lbs, Ben Grater at 144 lbs, and Gent Huli at 157 all had Pin Fall wins

  The Scarlet-Bucs' record is now 4-0. They next wrestling on Tuesday-11-January at Waldwick. The first Bout is scheduled for 4:00p
