October to December

    Monday-4-October will be the start of Leaf Season. Home Owners are allowed to place raked, leaves and grass cutting  in the street , along the curb, in front of their residents.  It is ask that the piles be placed in such a way as not to interfere with traffic, and away from storm sewers and drain to prevent flooding , or other water build-up. Leaf Season is schedule to end on Monday -13- December after that date all yard waste must be placed in brown leaf bags for pick-up.

October to December

  Friday-15-October will be the start of Leaf Season.  The organization Never Alone Again Domestic Violence Organization & Resource Center (NAAG)  will host a covid -19 testing site. This will run  every Saturday from 10:30 a to 1:00p. Please Provide ID & Medical Insurance. If you don’t have medical insurance please provide ID.

  The group Bogota Friends and Families in cooperation with the Bogota Rescue Squad have set-up a You Give Goods page for their third annual Fall Food drive. This will begin on Monday-25-October and continue to Thursday-11-November. Donations will go to support the  St. Joseph Food Pantry. The  Village of Ridgefield Park will hold its Annual Veterans Memorial Service starting at 11:00a.  This will take place at the Veterans Memorial located on Mount Vernon Ave and Euclid Ave

   The Teaneck International Film Festival will open today and continue until Sunday-21-November. They will host in-person and virtual screening of  feature-length, documentaries, and short films  from independent filmmakers from a variety of cultural backgrounds. The Teaneck Farmers Market  will open for the 2021 Season. This will be every Thursday until October. The Market is located at in the Parking lot at Garrison Ave. & Beverly Rd.  It is open from 12:00 noon to 6:00p
