On Saturday-30-October the Village of Ridgefield Park held their annual Street Fair. Normally held in September it was delayed until the end of October. Local shops and vendors, along with a number of community organization set up on Main St. to show their wares and to give out information to passers by. There was a train ride available on Mt. Vernon St along with a game booth and dancing challenges for the children. In between were numerous shopping opportunities. To take a break from shopping there was a chance to sample food items from the local restaurants and bakeries.
Community groups included the Ridgefield Park Police Dept. The Ridgefield Park Green Team and Environmental Commission, Friends of the Ridgefield Park Library. The Ridgefield Park Moms had a booth to work with other Parents of school age Children living in Ridgefield Park

To celebrate the season some Families walk down Main St. in costume to see the sights, meet up with friends and have some treats.
