On Thursday-16-September the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will hold an open event at the Bogota Recreation Centre. This will allow anyone whose home, or property was damage during the rain and flooding following Hurricane Ida on 1- September. This will be open starting at 9:00a until 5:00p. Officials will be available to assist in registering for disaster recovery assistance. Additional information can also be found at: https://www.disasterassistance.gov/

The entire State of New Jersey was declared area on Sunday-5-September. This allowed for government programs to be given to all residents, or business in the state.
