The Bergen County Community testing site for covid-19 will continue to be open at the Bergen Community College in the Lot B location. This is being sponsored by Bergen County in cooperation with the New Bridge Medical Center. Testing will continue of various days until Saturday-1-May. Anyone wishing to revive a test must pre-register. This will be open starting at 9:00a to 2:30p, with check-in starting at 8:00p This will be a nasal swab test with results available in 24 hours.
All people taking a test must have proper identification, Accepted forms of ID are a driver’s license or identification card, Social Security card, passport, or birth certificate. For those without legal status, a foreign passport is accepted. Residents also have to show proof they live or work in Bergen County. An insurance card is also required, again residents who do not have health insurance will still be able to get tested.
In addition the Bergen County site at the New Bridge Medical Center are available to the General Public regardless of showing, or not showing symptoms. The New Bridge testing site requires a pre-register.

The Ridgefield Park's Elks Lodge #1506 will hold its annual Cassetta-Dietrich Memorial Golf Outing at Meadow Golf Club in Lincoln Park NJ. Registration opens at 8:00 a with a Tee Time at 9:00a. The Bogota Environmental Commission will host its the annual Shred Day event this will take place from 9:00a to 1:00p. At this event plastic bags, that can no longer be recycled, will be collected by the Trex Corporation which will donate a new park bench, made from recycled materials This is a free service open to Bogota residents. There will be a shredding truck present which will allow residents to safely dispose of any personally , or sensitive paper document they may have. This is also a more environmentally friendly way of disposing of those documents. Paper is feed into a secure truck while being shredded then the truck transport the shredded paper to a processor which turns the paper into a fine dust, or powder which is then recycled into various paper products.
The Bogota Public Library is scheduled to have a used book sale at the same time and place
This will be held at the Bogota Recreation Center located at 162 W. Main St. Bogota, NJ.
