Middle School Volleyball

   On Friday-19-March the Bogota Lady Bucs Volleyball team played against the Ft. Lee Bridgewomen. With the Bogota Varsity Volleyball suspended for two week, this match was move to Speary Gym in the High School.  The larger venue allowed for a few more Parents to attend the game. 

   The first set started with Ft. Lee jumping out to several three point leads. Eventually Bogota would tie then set at 10 apiece. This was followed by the Lady Bucs scoring 15 of the next 18 points to win the first set 25-13. 

   The second set saw Bogota take a few leads, and the Bridgewomen answering them back to keep the score close.  The Lady Bucs would get to the 20 point threshold first, but Ft. Lee use a long serve run to take a lead of their own.  The visitors came with in one point of a second set win with a score of 24-22. Bogota would then account for the next 2 point and come away with a 26-24 win. 

  The third set saw Ft.Lee have control for most of the play and posted a 25-18  win. The Lady Bucs would win the match by the score of 2-1.
