Scarlet basketball

  On Tuesday-9-February the Ridgfield Park Men's Basketball Scarlets hosted  Pascack Hills  on the Dr. John C Richardson Court. Pascack Hills would start the game with an 8-0 run. Ridgfield Park would add their first points on three free throws after a foul from beyond the arc.  The first quarter would end with the Pascack Hills holding on to a 15-7 lead. The next quater saw Pascack Hills double their point total and take a 30-18 advantage into half time.  After the restart the Scarlets would close the deficit to single points to only trail by seven by the end of three quater time.  The final eight minutes saw the visitors restore their ten point lead. The Scarlet's  would again come into striking distance of the score, by the Pascack Hills would not allow them to put together a successful run of points.  Pascack Hills would win the game by 56-42. 
  The Scarlets record is now 3-3. Jenci Reyes put-in 15 Points for Ridgefield Park.  Pascack Hill's Aiden Kehoe led all scores with 21 Points.  The Men's team will next play on Friday-12-February when they host  Demarest on the Dr. John C Richardson Court The tip-off is scheduled for  7:00p. Junior Varsity game precedes at 5:30p. This game was originally scheduled for Thursday but moved a day back. This will be lived streamed at   Ridgefield Park Athletics 

  The Lady Scarlets game at Demarest will still be played on Thursday-11-February. Tip off is scheduled for 4:00p with the Junior varsity game to follow at 5:30p.
