Scarlet Basketball

  On Friday-25-February the Ridgfield Park Men's Basketball Scarlets traveled to Cliffside Park  to play the Red Raiders.

    Cliffside Park would score the first 4 points of the game. Then the Scarlets would account for the next 7 to lead by 3. The home then tie the game at seven only to have Ridgefield Park take back the lead.  The Scarlet would have a 17-10 advantage at the end of the first quarter. The second quarter had Ridgefield Park go up by 10 as the half was coming to an end. The Scartes took one more shot from half court and added three more points to take a 32-19 lead into the locker room.  After the restart the Scarlets gradually extend their point spread  and left with a 55-35 win.

The Scarlets' record is now 8-3. Jenci Reyes 20  Points for Ridgefield Park. Ryan Rajal also had 20 Points for Cliffside Park.

  The Men's team will next play on Saturday-27-February when they host Dwight-Morrow on the Dr. John C Richardson Court The tip-off is scheduled for  1:00p. The Junior will precede at 11:30a, with a Freshman against Saddle Brook to start at 10:00a Only  a limited number home team Parents are allowed to attend games in person.
