On Thursday-25-February the Bogota Mens Basketball Bucs hosted the Wood-Ridge Blue Devils on the Jay Mahoney Court in Speary Gym. Wood-Ridge would score first with a Three Point Basket. Bogota would answer with three points of their own. The Blue Devils would take the lead back, and increase it to 4 points midway through the first quarter. The Bucs would draw even soon afterwards. With under two minutes left in the quarter Bogota would take the lead at 9-7. By the end of the eight minutes Bogota increased that to a 15-9 advantage. Bogota held the lead for the rest of the game. They would go into the locker with a 30-21. The Bucs would win the game by the score of 76-46. Bogota's record is now 6-4.
Bogota's Taj Collins would be the games High Scorer with 25 Points. Wood-Ridge would be lead by Trey Packen with 12 Points. The Bucs' Ashanti Caviness, Evan Meberg and Taj Collins, along with Blue Devils Nicolas Rizos and Ryan Lagrasta all had 2 Three Point Baskets.
The Bucs will next play on Saturday-27-February when they travel to Ramsey. This is scheduled to have a 1:00p start. Only a limited number home team Parents are allowed to attend games in person. This may be able to be viewed at: https://www.goramstv.com/
