Bergen County
All people taking a test must have proper identification, Accepted forms of ID are a driver’s license or identification card, Social Security card, passport, or birth certificate. For those without legal status, a foreign passport is accepted. Residents also have to show proof they live or work in Bergen County. An insurance card is also required, again residents who do not have health insurance will still be able to get tested.
In addition the Bergen County site at the New Bridge Medical Center are available to the General Public regardless of showing, or not showing symptoms. The New Bridge testing site requires a pre-register.

Tree Pick-up
-The Bogota DPW will start their Christmas tree pick on Monday-4-January
-The Ridgefield Park DPW will pick-up Christmas tree on the same days as yard waste. This will continue until Sunday-31-January
-The Teaneck DPW will pick-up Christmas trees starting on Monday-4-January until Monday-18-January
The Bogota Police Department, in partnership with the Bergen County Community Engagement Task Force, is sponsoring a Youth Writing Contest open to all 11th and 12th Grade students attending Bogota Public Schools.
The 1,000 word essay topic is “Why is it important for members of the community to engage with Police Departments?”.
The top three essays will be awarded prizes. 1st prize, a Chromebook Laptop, 2nd and 3rd place prize, a $50 Amazon Gift Car

The Men's Basketball Scarlets will travel to Cliffside Park, this is scheduled to have a 7:00p tip-off. This will be preceded by the Freshman game at 4:00p and the Junior Varsity game at 5:30p
The Lady Scarlets Basketball team is schedule to start their 2021 home season against Cliffside Park. This will take place on the Dr. John C. Richardson Court. The Varsity game is schedule to have a 7:00p tip-off. This will be preceded by the Junior Varsity game at 5:30p. Due to the current health situation no fans will be allow to attend this game in person. This game will be lived streamed on the High School you-tube channel at Ridgefield Park Athletics
Andrea Mosterman discusses the early slave trade in American and the philosophical, economic and religious structures it was based upon with a focus on Early New York's Dutch Reformed Churches.
Ms. Mosterman explores the multi-faceted dimensions of slavery, slave trade, and cross-cultural contact in the Dutch Atlantic and Early America with special emphasis on Early New York. Published on topics ranging from slavery and race in an eighteenth-century Brooklyn Dutch Reformed Church to Dutch diplomacy in precolonial Kongo. Curated a digital exhibit on slavery in New Netherland for the New Netherland Institute. Zoom invite link will be emailed 3 days prior to lecture.
