On Monday-19-October the Ridgefield Park Cross Country Scarlets took part in the Big North Division "A" Championship. The meet took place at the Darlington Park race course. This was the High School's first varsity sport competition since their two week quarantine. In the Men's race Ridgefield Park would place three runners in the top six. The Scarlets were lead by Ezequiel Reyes who took first place and the 2020 Division "A" individual Champion. He was followed by Richard Kwon coming in at third place. Saim Syed finished in 6th position. While Adam Vercelli and Jesus Mancera came in 16th & 18th respectfully. The Scarlets would win the Big North Division "A" Championship for 2020. This marked the Scarlets first Divisional title since the 2011 American Division Championship.
In the Women's race Ridgefield Park did not field a full squad. They did have 3 Lady Scarlets runnerstake part. Mia Martinez would finish third overall. Amalia Santos posted an 11th place finish, and Josephine Carroll came in 20th.
