Now until Monday-24-August Bogota Friends and Families is sponsoring drive to purchaseschool supplies for the Students going to Bogota Public Schools. Items can purchased on the You Give Goods website at: https://yougivegoods.com/drive-12255. Everyone purchasing items will be emailed a tax receipt at the time of purchase. Online prices include shipping, handling and You Give Goods services. A sample of items available for donation are: Backpacks, Boxes of school supplies, Notebooks, and collections of reading books. Supplies will be delivered before the start of the school year. Volunteers will sort the supplies and distribute them evenly to the three public schools of the Bogota Board of Education. Their goal is 8,000 items. All donations are tax deductible.

The Bogota Library will offer Fairy Tale celebration curbside kids crafts. Every Monday starting at 10:00a they will be putting out brown bags filled with the materials needed to create a weekly craft. Bags will be placed outside on the curbside pickup table. No registration or reservations needed. Simply pass by the library and grab a bag for your child. Please note that craft bags are available on a first come, first served basis.
