On Saturday-6-June the Borough of Bogota will hold its annual free rabies clinic. This will still take place at the W. Broad St. Fire House and will run from 10:00a to 12:00 noon. There will be a tent set-up in front of the Firehouse to maintain a safe working distance. Protective equipment, and other CDC approved measures will be followed. Hand sanitizing station will be available.
This year it is asked that all appointments need to be made by reservation.
-All dogs must be restrained with a with a non-retractable 6 foot leash. Other safety controls to allow unimpeded access for the veterinarian may be used for smaller pets.
-All cats must be transported in suitable pet carriers.
-It is asked that pet owners fill out all information needed of both the pet and owners be fulled out at the time of making the appointment. Anyone attending must bring their own pens to sign, or fill out any other forms. Staff will not provide pens. The veterinarian will only sign the original document.
