New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy announced the additional steps on allowing more business to open in New Jersey on Monday. With no specific date, or timelines given, restaurants, personal care services, expanded childcare, museums, libraries and retail businesses will be among the next wave of businesses and locations to reopen at a limited capacity. This, along with earlier announcements of opening of Public Beaches for Memorial Day weekend and easing of restrictions is to allow nonessential businesses to reopen for curbside pickup and nonessential construction to resume, is the first phase in the State of New Jersey.
