The final two opponents have been announced for the Bogota Football Bucs. On Saturday-26-October they will host North Arlington at Feigel Field. The kick-off is scheduled for 1:00p. This will also be the Senior Game with a presentation before hand. Then On Friday-1-November they will travel to Becton for a 7:00p game.
On Tuesday-22-October the Bogota Lady Bucs Volleyball team traveled to Park Ridge to play the Lady Owls. They would win this match 2-0 ( 25-15 : 25-4). Katie Tobil would have a match high with 16 Service Point including 4 Aces. Gianna Estevez record 8 Digs. Ashanna Caviness had 4 Blocks. Amber Vazquez finished with 16 Assists, and Nylene Mateo scored 14 Kills.
Bogota's record is now 22-2. This with win the Lady Bucs have mathematically won their 16th straight Patriot Division Title.
They next play on Thursday-24-October against Saddle River Day School. This will take play in Speary Gym with the first serve scheduled for 4:00p. Then on Saturday-26-October as the #4 seed in the Bergen County Volleyball Tournament, they will face #5 Rutherford at the Old Tappan High School’s North Gym. First serve is scheduled for 6:30p
The Bogota Soccer Bucs played the Owls from Park Ridge at Zakrzewski Field in Olsen Park. Bogota had a number of chances early on in the game, but their shots would travel wide of the target. The Owls would open the scoring midway into the first half on a shot low to the right. Park Ridge would then score the next three goals as well, and have a 4-0 lead at halftime. After the restart a misty rain, along with a damp field saw the second 40 minutes be played without either team scoring and the game finished 4-0 in favor of the Owls.
Bogota's record is now 0-17. They next play on Thursday-24-October at Saddle River Day School. The kick-off is scheduled for 4:00p.
