On Sunday-13-October the Bogota Marching Buccaneer Band took part in the 2019 Bergen County Band Invitational at Bergenfield High School. Bogota was one of 19 band taking part in this event and one of the 15 in competition. With being a 70 piece group they were place in their own group based on size. Bogtoa performed their 2019 Fall show featuring music from the "Beach Boys" Music feature were I get Around, In My Room, Surf'in USA and finishing with Good Vibrations.
They next will play on Saturday-19- October during Halftime at the Bucs Football game at St, Mary's of Rutherford.
The Marching Buccaneers will also perform at the 73rd North Jersey Band Festival on Sunday-27-October. This will take place on the campus of Montclair State University. The show starts at 4:00p. Tickets are priced at $10,00 in advance and can be purchase from any Band member. Or by contacting Bogota Music Director Barry McCann at BMccann@bogotaboe.com .
Tickets will also be available at the gate for $15.00
