On Saturday-28-September the Bogota Football Bucs played their home opener at Feigel Field. They would host the Park Ridge Owls. Park Ridge would have a major score on all of their first half possessions and take a 35-0 lead into the locker room. After the restart, the game would be played with a running clock. Bogota would not cross into the opponents half of the field until the three quater. The Owl would score one more time for a 42-0 win. The Owls Vincent Pinto had four Touchdowns passes and would run for a fifth. Justin Wagner had two Touchdown catches. Kevin Flores would recover a fumble for the Bucs.
Bogota's record is now 0-3. The next play on Saturday-5-Oct against Weehawken. This will be played at Feigel Field and the kick-off is schedule for 6:00p. The is the homecoming game to cerebrate the 125th Anniversary of Bogota. There will be an Bond-fire pep rally on Friday-4-October at Lady Buc Field starting at 6:30p. There will be a tailgate buffet before the game starting at 3:00p.
