 On Saturday-11-May the Bogota Varsity Track and Field Squad  competed in the bergen County Group Championships. This was held at Old Tappan High School. Both the Women's and Men's team were in  Group "D" . The top performers from Bogota were:
For the Lady Bucs  
-  Gabrielle Grant finishing: 5th in the 800 m run. 5th in the 1600 m run. 
-  Angelie Jaipersaud finishing: 6th in the 3200 m run.
-  Tijani Browne finishing: 5th in the Shot Put.
-  Alondra Batista finishing: 2th in the Discus.
The Lady Bucs finish 7th overall out of the 11 teams in Group "D"

For the Men's team
-  Jesus Michel Winning the Group "D" title in the 800m, 1600 m, 3200m runs.
-  Kyle Torres finishing: 6th in the 400 m Hurdles .
-  the team of Esteban Martinez, Dylan LeMay, Jesus Michel & Jonathan Duque   finishing: 6th in the  4 x 400 m Relay.
- Andrew Miller finishing: 4th in the Shot Put. and 3rd in the Javelin.
The Men's team finish 6th overall out of the 11 teams in Group "D"
 The top finishers next move on to the Bergen County Meet of Champions on Friday-17-May at Hackensack High School. Then they compete in the County Seat Invitational on Saturday-18-May  at Hackensack High School.

The Bogota Baseball Bucs traveled to Lyndhurst to play the Golden Bears. Bogota would take the lead by scoring 2 Runs at their first time at bat. Lyndhurst would tie the game in the Third inning. Both team would trade runs during the fourth inning to have the game tied at 3 runs apiece.  The Bucs would take the lead for good in the top of the fifth with 2 Runs and win the game 5-3. Daniel Sanchez would hit a Triple for Bogota and finish with a game high 2 Runs Batted in. Jose Marte would hit a Double. Mr. Marte would throw 6 Strikeouts in the win. Jonathon Berko would record 4 Strikeouts for the Golden Bears. 
 Bogota's record is now 8-11. They next play on Wednesday-15-May against Park Ridge. This will be played at the Feigel Field Baseball Diamond. This will also be the Senior game and have a scheduled first pitch at 4:00p
