Results of Bogota Varsity Sports from Tuesday-22-January.
The Bogota Bowling Bucs lost to Palisades Park by the score of 7-0. Spencer Mazzella had both the high game with a 160, and high total at 425 for Bogota. The next play against New Milford on Thursday-24-January. This will be held at the Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park, NJ with the start time schedule for 4:00p.
The Bogota Basketball teams play against the teams from Park Ridge. The Lady Bucs travel to Park Ridge to play the Lady Owls. Bogota would loss the game 59-9, with all of the Lady Bucs scoring coming in the final quater.
Shannon Burns would lead all scores with 16 for Park Ridge.Chloe Collister would have record 1 Three point baskets for the Lady Owls. Rudy Recio would lead Bogota with 4 Points Dalechia Ashley had 1 Three Point Baskets for the Lady Bucs. Their record is now 0-13. They next play on Thursday-24-January against Midland Park. This will be played on the Jay Mahoney Court at Speary Gym. Tip-off time is scheduled for 4:00p

The Men's Basketball Bucs hosted the Owls on the Jay Mahoney Court at Speary Gym. Bogota would control the first quater out scoring Park Ridge 27-9. In the second Quarter the Owls would try to come back into the game, but Bogota would still take a 14 Point lead into the Locker Room. After the restart Bogota's defense would presser the Owl into turns over giving the Bucs a number of breakaway chances at the other end. By end of Three Quarter time the starter would be rested, but the Bogota defense and scoring would continue and give Bogota a 80-35 win
Bogota would be led by Ben Lukabu with 21 Points. Park Ridge by Jordan Spangola with 11 Points. Mr. Spangola would also score a game high with 4 Three Point Baskets. Bogota would have five players, Argenis Soriano,Ashanti Caviness, Melvin Bayhorn, Kenjiee Polanco, Taj Collins all finishing with 2 Three Point Baskets. Bogota's record is now 11-3. The next play Thursday-24-January at Midland Park. This will have a Tip-off time is scheduled for 7:00p
