Results from Thursday's games played by teams from Bogota.
The Bogota Soccer Bucs traveled to Pompton Lakes to play the the Cardinals. Bogota would give up five goals in the first half and three more after the restart. The Cardinals would give up an own goal and record a 8-1 win. Bogota's record is now 0-10-1. The next play on Monday-8-October when the travel to Cresskill. The kick-off is scheduled for 4:00p.
The Lady Bucs Volleyball team traveled to Waldwick to play the Lady Warriors. Bogota would return with a 2-0 (25-4: 25-9) win. Selene Jimenez and Angelique Caceres would each have 6 Kills Alyssa Vasquez would have 12 Assists and Kiara Polanco recorded 6 Digs. The #7 Bogota Lady Bucs will host #26 Bergen Technical High School in the opening round of the Bergen County Women's Volleyball Tournament. This will be played on Friday-5-October, and be held at Speary Gym, with the first serve at 4:30p
On Saturday 6-October they will competed in The Jersey Classic Volleyball Tournament which will be held in the Rothman Center on the Hackensack Campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University. This will continue on Sunday-7-October with the starting time for both days being 9:00a
Note: The Bogota Cross Country Bucs were scheduled to compete in the Brett Taylor Invitational on Saturday-6-October. They have withdrawn from this in order to work on the NJIC Championship meet on Tuesday-9-October. This will be held at the Garrett Mountain Reservation starting at 3:00p
