On Friday 5-October the Bogota Football Bucs traveled to Wallington to play the Panthers. Wallington would score first, then Bogota would tie the game with a long Touchdown reception by Ashanti Caviness from Andrew Miller. When both team failed on their conversion attempts he first quarter would end in a 6 to 6 tie. In the next 12 minutes the Panthers would have to major scores with one 2 point conversion and take a 20 to 6 lead into the locker room. After the restart the Bucs would score quickly on a Frank Petaccia touchdown catch, and trail by 6. The would again trade scores, and the Panthers would go into the final quarter with a 13 Point lead. Bogota would bring the deficit to 5 points with an Ashanti Caviness touchdown and Gabriel Nunez extra point. Wallington would add one final score to finish with a 38-27 win.
Bogota's record is now 0-6. The next play on Saturday-13- October against a St Mary's. This will be the the annual night game at Feigel Field with the kickoff scheduled for 7:00p.
