 Results of Bogota sports from Saturday-8-September 
    The Bogota Cross Country Bucs completed at the Season Opening meet at Darlington Park. Both the Women's and Men's squad participated in this event . The Lady Bucs finished third in their race out of seven schools competing with a full team. Angeli Jaipersaud finished third overall. Gabrielle Grant place 15th and Ashley Gomez came in 17th. In the Men's race Bogota placed third in the 11 team field. Jimmy Gutierrez came in 5th with Jesus Michel taking 6th.  Their next race  is on Wednesday-12- September when the open the Patriot Division season against  Ridgefield and Midland Park at Darlington Park.

     The Bogota Football Bucs had their Home Opener at Fiegel Field against the Emerson Cavilers.  Emerson would take the opening drive and  get early lead on a five yard  touchdown run from  Gio Ramaci. Bogota would answer back on their first drive of the game  with a 70 yard from Andrew Miller. The Bucs would have their extra point attempt block and would trail 6-7 midway into the first quarter.  The Cavilers would then score the next 34 points to take total control of the game.  Emerson would take a 41-6 lead into the half. The teams would trade Major scores in the final quarter. With Ashanti Caviness catching a 10 yard Touchdown pass from Andrew Miller. Emerson would leave with a 47-12 win.
  Bogota's record is 0-2. They travel to Weehawken on Friday-12-September with the kick-off scheduled for 7:00p
