   On Friday-14-September  The Bogota Lady Bucs Volleyball team traveled to Cresskill to play the Lady Cougars.  Bogota would win the match 2-0 (25-11: 25-17)  Nylene Mateo would lead Bogota with a match high of 12 Kills. Julianne Corniel  had 14 Service Point which would include 6 Aces. Alyssa Vazquez recorded 18 Assists Angelique Caceres, Leila Ksiyer, and Nylene Mateo had 2 Blocks apiece. Julianne Corniel and Sophia Marquez  both had 6  Digs. Bogota's record is now 3-1. They next play on Tuesday-18-September at Palisades Park. First Serve is scheduled for 4:00p

  On Saturday-15-September the Bogota Cross Country Bucs competed in the Back to the Mountain meet at the Garrett Mountain Reservation.  They fielded squads in the Women Varsity "B", Men's Varsity "B" and the Men's JV ( small Schools) In the Women's race  Bogota finished fifth in the nine team field. Angeli Jaipersaud finished 7th over all.  In the Men's Race Bogota placed eight out of the 15 other school competing. Jimmy Gutierrez coming in sixth. Jesus Michel  was the only other Men's racer to finish in the top 30 of 98 runner with a 27th place finish. The Men's JV  squad took fourth place out of 10 other school. Mauricio Valerio finished 21st overall with Juan Michel taking 24th place in the 115 runners field.
   Their next meet is on Monday-17 September against Palisades Park and Paterson Charter School. This will be held at the Garrett Mountain Reservation.
