Starting on Monday-26- February the main parking lot and front entrance to Bogota High School will be closed. This is due to the reconstruction of the Parking lot. Work is scheduled to continue until First week of September-2018. All access to the High School will be through the side door on the North side of the building.

The Bogota Police Dept has issued a traffic alert for Thursday-16-November. The Suez water company will be working on the main water line under the street. Work is schedule to continue until late January -2018. This will occur on W. Main St. between Larch and Elm Aves. This is scheduled to start at 7:00a and run to 4:00p. All parking on W.Main will be suspend during this time. Traffic in both directions may be detoured during this project, please plan alternate routes. Business parking will be permitted on both Larch and Elm Aves and may cause additional congestion on those streets.

The Bogota Public Library will have story time reading starting at 10:30a. This is open available to any Student wishing to join in. This will be held under the tree in the Nikki Spiegel Story Time Corner. This is a free event and open to anyone. Bogota Beautiful is hosting a wildflower planting event. This will be use to plant a variety of wildflowers in Bogota. Volunteers are asked to meet at the parking lot in front of the Olsen Park Environment Walkway. The event is schedule to start at 11:00a and possible last only 1/2 hour. The Bogota Public Library will host a workshop for young athletes in Bogota This will be the first of four Saturday's to encourage Students to learn more about how learning any sport can be beneficial in everyday life. The ARC of Bergen, & Passaic Counties will hold their 21th annual walk for Children and Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Olsen Park. This year the event will mark the 70th Anniversary of ARC Walk fundraising events. Registration will begin at 9:30a, with the walk itself will start at 10:30a. Olsen Park is located at 162 W. The weekly " Meet the Mayor" event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayor's office. His office is on in Bogota Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.
