Results from the serve thunder storm that crossed over New Jersey cause little reported damaged in Bogota. No serious incidents were reported from the high winds, however a number of trees lost branches causing some minor damage to home and the blocking of a few streets. Companies of the Bogota Volunteer Fire Dept. answered calls to ensure any accident site was secure. Then members of the Bogota Volunteer Rescue Squad worked to clear streets and sidewalk of fallen debris.
When the storm moved away to the east, the Borough was treated to a colourful Sunset.
