On Saturday-3-March Bogota Public Library celebrated the birthday of Theodore Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss. This was part of the Read Across America day event. Members of the Bogota High School Drama Club read a couple of stories to the younger Student gathered. They first read "Green Eggs and Ham" and then " The Sneetches". After the hearing the stories the listeners took some time to colour their own ham and eggs, along with a star for their own stomachs. The High School Student walked amongst the audience to offer any help, or just to talk with the children.
After all the colouring was done the both group of Student acted out the stories as Library Youth Coordinator Tommy Shrnich read both books again.
