A first list of closures has been announced ahead of the upcoming winter weather excepted over the next 24 hours.
- All Public Schools of the Bogota Board of Education.
- The Bergen County Community College have also canceled classes
- Trinity Lutheran School
- St. Joseph's School
- The Offices of Bogota Borough Hall
- The Bogota Public Library, as well as any events fro Tuesday-6-March.
- The recycling pick-up schedule for Wednesday-7-March has been postponed.
- The Bergen County Administrative Offices will be closed to the public.
- Bergen County is asking ALL emergency personnel, law enforcement, employees of 24-hour County operations and employees with weather-related duties are required to follow established procedures and report as directed.
- All Bergen County Facilities will be closed, they are scheduled to reopen on Thursday-3-March at 10:00 am
- New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has declared a State of Emergency for this Winter Storm effective tonight at 8:00p.
***No decision has been made whether or not to close state offices at this time***
