On Saturday-10-March The Bogota Public Library will host it's fourth annual Makers Day event. This years theme will be based on the upcoming film " A Wrinkle in Time" Some of the activities station that will allow Students to create their own Cloud Dough and Time Traveling Rocket. This will be about of the New Jersey Makers Day which will include other Libraries and Museums within the State. Makers Day is designed to be a statewide event that celebrates, promotes, and in many cases may introduce maker culture, as well as the values associated with making, tinkering and STEM-based learning. The Bogota makers Day will start at 10:00a and run to 1:00p. It is open to Students of all ages. It is asked that anyone under 10 years old be accompany by a Parent, or other Adult.
This is a free event, but anyone wishing to take part must register in advance.
