The Ridgefield Park Elks Lodge # 1506 will be holding a All you can eat Breakfast. This will start at 8:30a and go until 12:00 noon Prices are $10 for Adults and $5 for student 12 and under. The Breakfast will feature an Omelette station, Pancakes, Bacon,Sausage, French toast, & scrambled eggs. There will also be pastries, cereal along with Coffee, Tea, Milk & Juice. It is asked to bring some Non-perishable food items for the Local Food Pantry.

The weekly " Meet the Mayor" event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayor's office. The Ridgefield Park's Elks Lodge #1506 will hold its annual Cassetta-Dietrich Memorial Golf Outing at the Overpeck County Golf Course in Teaneck, NJ. Registration opens at 8:30 a with a Tee Time at 9:00a. This will be followed by a Beefsteak Dinner that evening. Tickets for both the golfing and dinner are priced at $125 per person. For the dinner alone is 35 per person. Proceeds from these events will go to assist the Veterans Service Committee along with other Elks charities. Starting on Wednesday 20-Sept. and going until Saturday 23- Sept. The St.Joseph's Church will hold their 11th annual Carnival and Food Festival. Rides will open at 6:00p and run until 10:00p Weekdays, and 11:00p on Weekends. They will be selling super 50/50 tickets for $100 /ticket. This year there will only be 100 tickets sold. The grand prize will be 35% of the money raised . A second prize of 15% will also be awarded. They are also looking for Volunteers to help with each day of the Carnival.
