Bogota Block Party

  On Saturday-9- September Bogota Beautiful and the Bogart Memorial Church co hosted a Block party on W. Ft. Lee Rd between Larch,  & Elm Aves.  Resident had the chance to a leisurely late Summer afternoon visiting with friends and meeting new people from area the neighborhood. There was a variety of choices of food offering proved guest to share with thoughts attending. Bogart Church opened their courtyard as a play area with a bounce house, playsets, and some room to run around on.  Tables were also set up to enjoy the food under the shade of trees.
   Bogota Beautiful's Co-ChairPerson Isabel  Bustamante welcome everyone got coming, and thanks those to donated the food, and refreshment that were available. Then she introduce the first performer of the afternoon.  Bella Friedman  gave a quick dance recital on the street, showing her skills while setting a festive mood. Next the Demonstration Team from K Leaders Martial Arts in Hackensack performed exercised to display the focus and training they have learned.  The Students showed their skill and quickness with kicking and diving routines. And focus and strength with the breaking of board and self defence moves.
   The rest of the Afternoon was spent relaxing, eating,  with a bit of dancing included.
