Strides Walk Ridgefield Park

    The American Cancer Society will be holding a kick-off Breakfast on Wednesday -9-August  at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe.  This is to start the fundraising for the Ridgefield Park "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk.  This event will take on place on Sunday 29- October  in the Ridgefield Park Section of Overpeck Park.  At this breakfast  individuals or groups can  learn how  to form teams to help raise money that will go to; breast cancer awareness, support for those are affected by breast cancer, and for continuing medical research for treatment, cure & prevention of breast cancer. Attendees will learn how to motivate themselves, and other, to go to Companies, Public & Private Organizations, School & Religious  groups to organize teams that will raise money, and signup participants to attend the walk in October.

  Any individual or group who wishes to form a team this year's walk should  ask for an invitation to the kick-off event. To secure an invitation please call 973-232-2561 before Thursday 27-July.
