Library Make-up

   On Tuesday-7-March the Bogota Public Library  hosted a workshop on the proper was to apply make-up. This was presented by Kristin Hrouska who took those in attendance a step by step routine in applying make-up for the best results. Ms. Hrouska's main point was less is more, saying that if addition product is need it is easier to reapply, then to remove. She talked about  how to think of a face as a framed portrait.  She showed that by starting with the eyes and working out from there. She explained that once the main focus of a person face is finished properly, than the outer parts of ones face can act as the frame to highlight the whole face.
