On Saturday-25-February the Bogota Public Library hosted a Pilates workout session. This was presented by Instructor Deborah Glassford who led the attendees through a series of total body workouts. This was done with easy flowing movements to stretch and strengthen a person's muscles in order to improve flexibility. The purpose is to incorporate a number of different exercises to reduce pain where needed and to add power to other areas of the body.
