The Bogota Varsity Cheerleaders will be hosting their second annual Zumba Dance to the Beat event. This will take place on Saturday-4-Funerary -2017. It will be held at in the Bogota High School Gymnasium with the doors opening at 6:00p Tickets are priced at $35.00 person. Price includes a T-shirt, Towel, Water Bottle and 10 complimentary Raffle tickets. Proceeds from this event will be donated to the American Heart Association in honour of Julio Alvarez.
This is in support of the American Heart Association To bring awareness and education of heart disease. There will include Zumba, Yoga, lessons and more information to help our community learn about healthy heart, mind and lifestyle. This is another way the Bogota Varsity Cheerleaders strive to help different foundations and assist in the community. This event is in honour of Cheerleading Head Coach Gabrielle Carpenter's late Uncle Julio Alvarez who had been diagnosed and lost his battle to heart disease.
