Results from Friday & Saturday games played by teams from Bogota. The Bogota Junior Bucs Football traveled to Weehawken on Friday night. The Pee-Wee team lost 6-20. The Junior team was shut-out 0-26. The Senior team was also shut out 0-32. They next play on Saturday 1-October. This will be this season's Home Opener at Fiegel Field. The Pee-Wee game is scheduled to kick-off at 11:00a with the other division following.
The Bogota Soccer Bucs lost at Cresskill 3-8. They now have a record of 0-7, They next play Monday -26 September. They will play against Waldwick with a 4:00p Kick-off, at Riverside Park in North Arlington, NJ
The Bogota Cross Country Squad ran in the Passaic County Coaches Invitational at Garret Mountain. The Lady Bucs finished 4th out of the five teams competing in Group 1. Alanah O'Brien placed 7th and Emma O'Brien placed 17th. The Bogota Men's Squad Finished first in the 10 team meet placing 4 runners in the top ten. Danny Daurio winning the Group 1 race with James Draney placed second by fractions of time. Ryan White came in 7th and Cole Geraghty placing 9th. The next run against Midland Park and Cresskill at Darlington Park On Wednesday 28-Sept. Women's race at 4:30p Men's Race at 5:00p.
The Bogota Lady Bucs won the Mary Ann Collura Tournament at William Paterson University on Saturday 24-September. Bogota went undefeated in their Group 2 pool play going 5-0. The won the final game over Northern Highlands 25-14. The next against West Morris Central on Tuesday 27- Oct with a 6:00p start. This will be played at home in Speary Gym. The J.V. game will precede this starting at 4:30p.
